178_Victorian Terrace Rear Extension

The extension and internal remodelling of two adjacent Victorian terrace properties in Chorlton. Built simultaneously, the single storey rear extensions infill the space formed between the two outriggers, creating spacious kitchen-dining spaces within both properties. The large rooflights and glazed bi-fold doors maximise the amount of natural light entering into the spaces and allow for a flow through the house to the new rear terraces. Works also involved a basement conversion to one property and a basement extension to the other.
