The property's sitting room, kitchen and dining areas sat within an existing extension. These previously dark and segregated spaces were transformed through internal structural remodelling, which merged the various rooms to form a bright, open plan space. A new glazed roof, windows and doors were installed to improve the overall appearance of the property. Internally, a steel column props the new steel beams above and is integrated into the kitchen island.
